Online bookings are only valid with a minimum pre-order duration of 12 hours and a short-term confirmation by e-mail, callback or chat.

For short-term orders we ask for a call or an order message via a short message service like WhatsApp, Sms or Viber. We will then accept the order immediately and confirm if possible.
